Grammy winner, Sam Smith, took his instagram to share with his fans how he lost 14 pounds in 14 days. He attributed the miracle to a new book called “Eat. Nourish. Glow” by Amelia Freer. The book helps you re-educate your eating habits.

He says “Three weeks ago I met a woman who has completely changed my life. Amelia Freer has helped me lose over a stone in 2 weeks and has completely transformed my relationship with food. Everyone go check out her incredible book, and start to live healthy. It’s not even about weight loss it’s about feeling happy in yourself. Love you Amelia & thank you for making me feel so happy inside and out “.

Sam compartilha que “Três semanas atrás eu conheci uma mulher que mudou completamente a minha vida. Joe Manganiello (from True Blood) Work Out Secrets!

Joe Manganiello (the eternal werewolf Alcide from TV show True Blood)  is definitely one of the ripest man in Hollywood. He has covered several Fitness magazines and we selected the best pictures and workout tips.

He is a self-confessed comic books fan, and by many times in his life he was disappointed to see that some of is comic-book-heroes where not as “fit”in the movies as they should be. So, when he was casted to play a Warewolf in vampires hit HBO series, True Blood, he decided to take the process of building his half-man / half animal body very seriously. Manganiello has discovered that to build the physique of his character that was half-wolf he knew he needed to act that way in real life : he was always – always – eating.

Besides his diet of eating all the time, he also makes 3 workout sessions a week with one day to rest and always keeps moving through the exercises in order to burn as much fat as possible.

In the last year, besides shooting Sabotage and the final season of True Blood he wrote a book and directed his first film. His next project is the Terrence Malick film Knight of Cups with Christian Bale and Natalie Portman.

Ele é um fanático assumido de história em quadrinhos e várias vezes ficou decepcionado quando via alguma adaptação dessas histórias para o cinema onde o super-herói não tinha o físico que deveria ter. Sendo assim, quando ele foi chamado para viver o lobisomen de True Blood, ele decidiu que levaria o processo de construir um corpo a altura da personagem a sério. Joe descobriu que para construir o físico de uma personagem metade homem – metade animal, ele teria que se comportar como um na vida real: comia o dia inteiro.

Fora sua dieta, ele fazia 3 sessões de musculação por semana, com um dia de descanso e sempre se movimentava entre um exercício e outro para perder a maior quantidade de gordura possível.

No ultimo ano, fora a filmagem do filme Sabotage e da última temporada de True Blood, ele ainda escreveu um livro e dirigiu seu primeiro filme. Seu próximo projeto é um filme de Terrence Malick chamado Knight of Cups com Christian Bale e Natalie Portman.

CHARLIE HUNNAM (FROM TV HIT SONS OF ANARCHY) COVERS MEN’S HEALTH MAGAZINE AND TALKS ABOUT WORKING OUT!

Charlie Hunnam (from one of our favorite TV shows, Sons of Anarchy) covers the December 2014 issue of Men’s Health Magazine. For the photo shoot, Charlie wears casual-basic outfits similar to his character on SOA show, with motorcycles in a desert scenario.

Regarding his work out approach he says to the magazine:

“I get more out of fitness mentally than I do physically. It’s like an oil change. Your body is mostly water and it gets dirty, you know? You have to clear the dirty water otherwise it’ll corrupt everything; your thoughts, emotional process and body. I get addicted to the endorphin release of working out – my whole physiology relies on that. If I get injured or I don’t have time, I’ll start to feel cloudy, then depressed.”

Você precisa limpar a água suja ou do contrario vai corromper todo o resto; seus pensamentos, seu processo emocional e o seu corpo. Eu fico viciado na endorfina que o corpo libera na pratica de exercícios – todo o meu psicológico depende disso. Se eu me machuco ou fico sem tempo, começo a me sentir depressivo.”

He is everywhere! Details magazine released some pictures from the photo shot with Nick Jonas for the November 2014 issue. Once again, Nick shows off his body wearing Calvin Klein tank and Bottega Veneta sweatpants. He shares his secrets for all his muscles:

“Diet had a lot to do with it. I went from consuming about 3,000 calories a day to 4,200! Paleta, a food-delivery service, sent me three meals a day and snacks. It was an incredible way to know that I was getting what I need to build muscle and not have to think about it. Breakfast was usually an omelet with veggies and cashew cheese, a turkey-meat patty, and some fruit; lunch and dinner would be lean protein, veggies, and nuts; snacks consisted of things like snap peas with peanut sauce.”

Ele esta em todo lugar!A revista Details, liberou algumas fotos do ensaio com Nick Jonas que fazem parte da edição de Novembro de 2014. Mias uma vez, Nick mostra sua boa forma usando regata Calvin Klein e sweatpants da Bottega Venta. Ele compartilhou com a revista alguns segredos para manter os músculos:

“Alimentação teve uma grande parte nisso. Eu passei de 3000 para 4200 calorias consumidas por dia. Paleta, um serviço de entrega de comida, me mandava 3 refeiçoes ao dia e snacks. Foi um jeito incrível de saber que eu estava consumindo tudo o que eu precisava para construir meus músculos e não precisar pensar nisso. O cafe da manha era basicamente omelete, vegetais e queijo branco, pate de peru e alguma fruta. Almoço e jantar eram cheios de proteína, vegetais e nozes. os lanches eram basicamente ervilhas com molho de amendoim”
